“Actions speak louder than words!”

Biggest win to date – Maybe not a win as such but biggest personal achievement was 5th in the 2016 UCI Gran Fondo World Championships  (Perth)

What inspired you to ride – My mother going through her ACL rehab when I was in high school and my grandfather being an ex-professional cyclist

What racing obstacle have you overcome – A broken collar bone just as I was coming into good form following returning to riding after baby boy number 1 😊

What motivates you to keep going – Food and socialising! Ha-ha and feeling a sense of personal achievement and fitness!

Favourite cheat meal – Cheese and bikies!

Favourite healthy snack – Muesli with yoghurt and fruit… excessive quantity could be questionable!

When you’re not cycling, what do you do for enjoyment – Play with my two boys!

Tip for young cyclists – Persistence pays off!
